Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Forgga service, a quote and invoice generation application for construction tradespeople, accessible via Telegram and the web dashboard at app.forgga.com.
2. Registration
Use of the service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. One account per business is permitted.
3. Free Trial
A 15-day free trial is offered to every new user. The trial provides access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
4. Subscription and Payment
After the trial, access to the service requires a subscription at €49.99/month. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard.
5. Use of Service
The service is intended for professional use by construction tradespeople. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered in your quotes and invoices. Forgga facilitates compliance but does not replace legal or accounting advice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all your data (quotes, invoices, client information). Upon termination, your documents remain accessible in read-only mode.
7. Availability
We strive to ensure maximum service availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance. No guarantee of 100% availability is given.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
Forgga shall not be held liable for errors in generated documents if they result from incorrect information provided by the user. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
