Forgga, accessible at www.forgga.com and app.forgga.com, is responsible for processing personal data collected through its services.

We collect the following data: name and business name, email address, phone number, postal address, VAT number, Telegram ID, logo and signature (if provided), and data related to generated quotes and invoices.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used for: creating and managing your account, generating compliant quotes and invoices, billing your subscription via Stripe, and improving our services.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance (service provision), your consent (account creation), and our legal obligations (invoice retention).
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and 3 years after termination. Invoices are retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.
6. Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), PDFShift (PDF generation), Groq (voice transcription). Your data is never sold to third parties.
